Pricing that fits on a sticky note

Two plans. Every feature on both. The only difference is included minutes, and your bill is capped at 2x your plan even in a blowout month. No per-call fees, no setup fees, no contract.

Starter

$99/mo

250 minutes included

or $990/yr (2 months free)

For solo operators and lines with steady but modest volume.

Pro

$199/mo

600 minutes included

or $1990/yr (2 months free)

Overage: $0.25 per extra minute, and the total bill is capped at 2x your plan. That cap is the whole point: your busiest month, the one where Ava earns her keep, can never surprise you.

Every plan includes

  • 24/7 answering in your business name, nights and weekends included
  • Caller qualification: the job, the address, the timeline
  • Emergency flagging, with optional live transfer to your cell
  • A text to your phone with the details the moment each call ends
  • Call recordings and transcripts in your dashboard
  • English and Spanish on every call
  • Calendar booking when you connect your calendar
  • Automatic hangup on robocalls so junk never burns minutes
  • Your existing number, via forwarding you can turn on in minutes

How this compares to per-call answering services

Traditional answering services bill per call, commonly working out to $8 to $12 a call on published receptionist plans, so a busy storm week is exactly when the bill spikes. Flat plans invert that. Pricing questions

What happens if I use more minutes than my plan includes?
Extra minutes bill at $0.25 each, and your total monthly bill is capped at 2x your plan price no matter what. A $99 Starter month can never exceed $198; a $199 Pro month can never exceed $398.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel anytime from your billing portal. Annual billing is optional and saves two months.
What counts as a minute?
Talk time on calls Ava answers. A 20-second wrong number barely registers; you are not billed per call like traditional answering services, so short junk calls do not eat a full call credit.
What is included on every plan?
24/7 answering in your business name, caller qualification and lead capture, emergency flagging, instant text with the job details after every call, call recordings and transcripts, English and Spanish, and calendar booking when you connect your calendar. Both plans have every feature; they differ only in included minutes.
How does the free trial work?
7 days, no credit card required. You forward your calls, Ava answers, and you watch real leads land in your texts before paying anything.
