The product is intentionally narrow. It answers inbound calls, captures the caller’s reason, contact details, and preferred time, transfers defined calls, and saves the result in the secure account. Calendar booking writes are temporarily paused. It does not replace professional judgment, promise work that has not been approved, or pretend to run the entire office.
